At FIXEDFORM, we stand behind our products with a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return window You may request a return within 60 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Your order number or proof of purchase is required.
• Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
• For hygiene reasons, we ask that returned items be clean. Items that are excessively worn, damaged through misuse, or returned without packaging may receive a partial refund at our discretion.

How to start a return Email us at [support@fixedform.us] with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with simple instructions.

Return shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping.
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges Need a different size? Email us and we'll help you exchange your item, subject to availability.

Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right.
