Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Times (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Shipping times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date.
Shipping Costs
- We offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after shipment.
Delays
While most orders arrive within the estimated window, occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or high-demand periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipment, contact us at info@tryfixedform.com and we'll make it right.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed. FixedForm is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address, but we'll always do our best to help.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors and household members.
- Wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early.
- If it still hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll work with you on a resolution (replacement or refund).
